System Engineer L4 RM - TS/SCI FS Poly required

Seeking Systems Engineer Level 4 with RF Engineering experience:
* Familiar with RF system design
* Software development experience for applications that reside on-board RF systems
• Systems Engineer to apply systems engineering principles throughout the systems life cycle phases: Concept, Development, Production, Utilization, Support and Retirement. Interacts with the Government regarding systems engineering technical considerations and for associated problems, issues or conflicts. Communicates with other program personnel, government, overseers, and senior executives. Responsibility for the technical integrity, quality and completeness of work performed and deliverables associated with one or more of the 25 process areas defined by ISO/IEC 15288.
• Perform system engineering activities and assist in the preparation of multiple Customer suite of systems products in Project and/or technical process areas associated with any of the ISO/IEC 15288 processes.
• Independently analyze and recommend alternatives for elements of Customer suite of systems technical software design.
• Research wireless communication capabilities to support evolving operational use cases.
• Apply systems engineering principles to solve unique cross domain technical and logistical challenges.
RF Engineering:
• A minimum of three (3) years systems engineering experience with SIGINT systems. 
Within the last five (5) years:
• A minimum of three (3) years of experience in three (3) of the  specializations listed in Table C (Appendix C), one of which shall be specialization VIII- Systems Engineering. A BS degree in engineering, telecommunications, or related technical field may be  substituted for experience in one specialization. 
• A minimum of three (3) years development and integration experience in 
SIGINT systems. 
• A minimum of three (3) years Integrated Circuit Board design and development experience (see table D Appendix C) 
• Within last three (3) years, iv. (U) A minimum of two (2) years of experience in at least two (2) of the Engineering Subsystem Specializations 
listed in Table D (Appendix C). 
• A minimum of two (2) years of experience with the functionality and inter-processing of packet- and circuit-based HW & SW solutions.
• A minimum of three (3) years of experience in performing and providing technical direction for the development, engineering, interfacing, integration, 
and testing of complex hardware/software systems. 
This experience should also include definition of requirements and allocation of functions, conduction of systems requirements reviews, development of Concept of Operations (CONOPs) and interfacing standards, definition of architecture, technical/non-technical assessments, and end-to-end flow analysis. 
• A minimum of three (3) years of experience solving varied  technical/scientific problems; and generating and reviewing designs for technical accuracy, completeness and appropriateness in light of objectives, budget, and schedule 

Qualifications:  A Bachelor’s degree in a Qualified Engineering Field (See Note 1) or a related discipline (See Note 2) from an accredited college or university plus ten (10) years of systems engineering experience OR a High School Diploma or GED plus fourteen (14) years of general system engineering experience (any Process Area). OR a Master’s degree in a Qualified Engineering Field (See Note 1) or a related discipline (See Note 2) from an accredited college or university plus eight (8) years of systems engineering experience OR a PhD in a Qualified Engineering Field (See Note 1) or a related discipline (See Note 2) from an accredited college or university plus eight (8) years of systems engineering experience.

* Note 1 – Examples of Qualified engineering fields include: Aeronautics, Biomedical, Chemical, Civil, Computer, Electrical, Environmental, Mechanical, Nuclear, Software, Systems, and Engineering Management.
* Note 2 - Examples of related disciplines include: Chemistry, Computer Science, Information Systems, Mathematics, and Physics
