Information Systems Security Officer (ISSO)
We are seeking an Information Systems Security Officer (ISSO) to support mission-critical systems within the Intelligence Community. The ideal candidate will have experience with the Risk Management Framework (RMF), security compliance, and maintaining the security posture of classified information systems.

We are seeking an Information Systems Security Officer (ISSO) to support mission-critical systems within the Intelligence Community. The ideal candidate will have experience with the Risk Management Framework (RMF), security compliance, and maintaining the security posture of classified information systems.
Required Technical Skills:
- RMF and RMF tools such as LATTEART, XACTA, BISCOTTI, WATCHCAT, and STE
- Compliance and configuration scanning tools
- Knowledge of NIST SP 800-53 Rev. 3/5 and NIST SP 800-37
- Understanding of the complete RMF lifecycle, including Authority to Operate (ATO), Security Controls, and Continuous Monitoring
- Experience developing and maintaining security documentation, including SSPs, POA&Ms, SPFs, BIAs, CMPs, AARs, CPs, SARs, and RARs
- Experience collaborating with System Administrators, System Owners, and supporting privileged user oversight
- Minimum five (5) years of experience as an ISSO supporting programs or contracts of similar scope, type, and complexity
- Experience with current security tools, hardware/software security implementation, communication protocols, or encryption techniques/tools
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related discipline (four additional years of ISSO experience may be substituted for the degree)
- DoD 8570 IAT Level I certification (or higher) required
- Active TS/SCI with Full Scope Polygraph required
