Job Title: SIGINT Training Specialist L2

Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Training Specialist to support mission-critical SIGINT systems and operational training. This role is responsible for designing, developing, and delivering technical training to government personnel, while ensuring alignment with real-world operational scenarios and mission needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, draft, and finalize training documentation and course materials
- Deliver instructor-led training and provide classroom support to large audiences
- Brief military and agency personnel on operational concepts and system capabilities
- Design, develop, and conduct training programs (in-person and/or web-based)
- Analyze training gaps and identify evolving training needs
- Evaluate training effectiveness and revise materials based on student and customer feedback
- Develop and improve training plans and curriculum based on operational input
- Perform inspections of training programs and personnel to ensure compliance with Government policies and standards
- Provide mentorship and guidance to junior training personnel
Required Qualifications:
- Active TS/SCI with Polygraph
- Bachelor’s degree in Communications Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Information Systems, Mathematics, Education, Liberal Arts, or related field
- (4 additional years of relevant experience may be substituted for degree)
Experience Requirements:
- Minimum of 9 years of experience in electrical engineering, computer science, or related field
- Demonstrated knowledge of:
- Basic electronics
- SIGINT systems
- Computer systems and architectures
- Experience designing and developing instructor-led and/or web-based training, including:
- Slides and visual materials
- Student guides
- Practical exercises
- Assessments
- Minimum of 3 years of experience with:
- RF fundamentals (VHF/UHF, propagation, wave characteristics)
- Radio systems, equipment, and antennas
- Minimum of 3 years of experience with wireless communication technologies:
- GSM
- CDMA2000
- UMTS
- LTE
- WiFi
Preferred:
- Prior experience supporting IC or DoD training environments
- Strong presentation and communication skills with senior-level audiences
- Experience aligning training to real-world operational scenarios
