Systems Engineer – Level 2 (TS/SCI with Polygraph)

Overview
We are seeking a Systems Engineer (Level 2) to support mission-critical programs in a fast-paced Agile environment. This role focuses on systems engineering, requirements management, and model-based systems engineering (MBSE) to support development and integration efforts on medium-to-large scale systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Support systems engineering activities across the full lifecycle (requirements, design, integration, and verification)
- Develop and manage system requirements, CONOPS, and technical documentation
- Collaborate with cross-functional Agile teams to support system development and delivery
- Utilize Jira/Confluence (or similar tools) for tracking, documentation, and coordination
- Contribute to system modeling efforts using MBSE methodologies where applicable
Required Qualifications
- Active TS/SCI with Polygraph clearance
- Bachelor’s degree in Systems Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering Science, Engineering Management, or related discipline
- (5 additional years of SE experience may substitute for a degree)
- 14 years of systems engineering experience
- Experience working in Agile environments (Scrum or similar)
- Experience with Jira, Confluence, or similar tools for requirements and project tracking
Desired Qualifications
- Experience with MBSE tools such as Cameo, MagicDraw, or Rhapsody
- Familiarity with SysML modeling
- INCOSE ASEP certification (or similar)
- Experience supporting DoD or Intelligence Community programs
