We are seeking a System Administrator to support a customer’s integrated learning enterprise. The ideal candidate brings strong system administration expertise, foundational network experience, and the ability to operate in a dynamic, mission‑focused environment.
Provide Tier 1–3 Operations & Maintenance support across enterprise systems.
Administer and maintain Windows and Linux/CentOS server environments.
Support and configure Cisco ISE, Umbrella, and DNAC.
Manage and monitor cloud architectures including AWS EC2, RDS, S3, Elastic Load Balancer, and Route 53.
Develop, test, and implement system upgrades.
Identify technical risks and implement mitigation strategies.
Create, update, and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
Deliver exceptional customer relationship management and communication.
Active TS/SCI with Polygraph
Demonstrated experience with:
Windows & Linux/CentOS server administration
Cisco ISE, Umbrella, DNAC
Apple iOS environments
AWS cloud services (EC2, RDS, S3, ELB, Route 53) in a Tier 3 support environment
System upgrades and lifecycle management
Technical risk identification and mitigation
Tier 1–3 O&M support
SOP creation and documentation
Customer relationship management
Experience with Agile methodologies (Kanban, Scrum)
Wireless technologies
Cisco Duo, Splunk, Meraki
DevSecOps environments (CI/CD pipelines, CloudFormation)
Command‑line proficiency across Windows, AWS, Linux, and Cisco
Experience supporting the A&A process, including compliance monitoring and POA&M evidence gathering
Installation and configuration of the Moodle Learning Management System
Database engineering, development, and administration
