We’re looking for an experienced OneDrive Storage Engineer who can lead large‑scale data migrations, optimize enterprise storage environments, and support mission‑critical cloud initiatives. Lead data migrations to Microsoft 365 (M365) and OneDrive, ensuring smooth transitions with minimal business disruption
Design and implement migration strategies from on‑premises NetApp storage to M365 and OneDrive
Manage and maintain global NetApp storage systems, including configuration, optimization, and troubleshooting
Monitor storage performance and capacity, proactively improving scalability and reliability
Partner with cross‑functional teams to gather requirements and deliver storage solutions aligned with mission needs
Provide expert support for storage‑related incidents, including root cause analysis
Create and maintain documentation such as system configurations, procedures, and operational guidelines
Enforce data management policies and ensure compliance with internal and regulatory standards
Stay current on emerging storage and cloud technologies, recommending enhancements when appropriate
Target Salary Range: $132,000 - $198,000 . This represents the typical salary range for this position. Salary is determined by various factors, including but not limited to, the scope and responsibilities of the position, the individual’s experience, education, knowledge, skills, and competencies, as well as geographic location and business and contract considerations. Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay.
TS/SCI with Full‑Scope Polygraph
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team‑focused environment
Strong communication skills and a customer‑focused approach
Experience with data replication, backup, and disaster recovery in cloud and on‑prem environments
Expertise migrating data to M365 and OneDrive, with a solid understanding of cloud migration best practices
Deep knowledge of NetApp storage systems, including configuration, administration, and performance tuning
Proven experience as a Senior Storage Engineer or similar role specializing in NetApp solutions
Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities, especially in complex storage environments
CompTIA Security+ CE certification
Bachelor’s degree + 14 years of technical experience
Five years of technical experience may be substituted for the degree
