The Telecommunication Technician shall:

● Serve as Tier 1 and Tier 2 support for configuration, troubleshooting, installation, or removals of Voice and Video endpoints.
● Serve as Tier 1 and Tier 2 support for configuration, troubleshooting of user profiles within the Skype for Business application and Active Directory
● Be responsible for creation, modification, and remove of Voicemail user profiles on the Voice Infrastructure.
● Be responsible for configuration of the Voice and Video Conferencing Systems
● Be responsible for responding to security incident reports
● Work with customer ticket in the SupportIT ticketing system.

Mandatory skills:
Communication Skills, Creative Problem Solving, Troubleshooting Expertise
Bachelor's degree + 14 years experience.
Five years experience may be substituted for degree.
TS/SCI with FS Poly
CompTIA Network+ CE OR CompTIA Security+ CE
