The Availability Manager is responsible for :
● Coordinating with multiple teams to include high level briefings to client and senior leadership
● This role requires high level, time sensitive, decision making, while supporting a high profile large Government client
●Once service is restored, root cause analysis is completed, to ensure similar outages do not re-occur

No degree + 15 years experience, Bachelor's Degree + 10 years experience
CCA accepted

Shifts are Mon-Fri 2pm-10pm OR Mon-Thurs 10am-10p
